Inflation, A Religious Belief That Attempts to Replace God
October 21, 2016
The Big Bang Theory has a number of fudge factors that are required to make the theory just kind of work. These are ideas that have no observable science to support them and are just faith based theories. These are Dark Matter, Dark Energy, and Inflation.
Inflation was invented to get around the horizon problem of the big bang. I won't get into that issue, but the point is that inflation was made up to fix a problem. This make believe has no observations to support it.
Inflation essentially says the universe expanded rapidly in the first instance of the universe then it continued to expand, but at a slower pace. This is a 100% faith based idea because it can't be proven and it was developed to try and make the big bang work. The idea of an expanding universe can be supported by observable science. Should it surprise anyone that the Bible told us the universe was expanding thousands of years before science discovered it? The Bible states in Isiah that God, "stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in". Stretching out the universe is the expansion of space. Secular science is trying to replace God with the idea of inflation. Secular science will never be able to explain this because it requires a supernatural God.
Tour the links in the "More" section of this site to learn more about why evolution is not true and the observable science points towards a perfect original creation by God.
